ARB winch mounting kit (hawse fairlead spacer)

Ensure proper winch operation and protect your recovery gear with the ARB Winch Mounting Kit (Hawse Fairlead Spacer). This precision-engineered spacer is designed to align your hawse fairlead perfectly with the front face of ARB bumpers, especially when using low-profile winches or aftermarket setups. The result is a smooth, centered cable feed that reduces wear on your winch rope and improves performance.

Key Features:

• Precise Fairlead Positioning
Aligns the hawse fairlead flush with the bumper surface, preventing contact with sharp edges and minimizing rope abrasion during angled pulls.

• Essential for Synthetic Winch Ropes
Helps protect soft synthetic lines by ensuring a smooth, consistent lead-in path—reducing wear and extending rope life.

• Heavy-Duty Construction
Manufactured from high-quality materials for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, even in harsh off-road environments.

• Compatible with ARB Bumpers & Winch Setups
Designed to work seamlessly with ARB winch bumpers and a wide range of standard hawse fairleads and winch models.

• Easy Installation
Includes all necessary mounting hardware and fits between the fairlead and bumper for a straightforward bolt-on setup.

• Clean, Professional Finish
Black powder-coated or anodized finish (depending on variant) ensures a discreet appearance that matches most ARB bumper systems.

If you’re using synthetic rope and want maximum reliability from your winch system, the ARB Hawse Fairlead Spacer is a simple but essential upgrade to ensure safe, effective recoveries every time.
